Varsity @ UB broke ground in the spring of 2011 while opening its doors in the summer of 2012.  The eleven-story high rise was the culmination of a successful RFP proposal to the University of Baltimore Foundation who was looking to provide its student body their first on campus student housing option.  Seated within the urban campus the Varsity @ UB offered 104 units with 323 beds along with street level retail.  The project acted as a focal point for the University’s efforts to draw traditional students to the school.
